The Buyer agrees to pay for the kitten and, if applicable, any shipping or delivery costs. The Buyer also agrees that the kitten will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision and will always be cared for in a safe and humane manner. The Buyer commits to being a responsible guardian by providing adequate food, clean water, shelter, affection, and necessary veterinary care throughout the kitten’s life. The Breeder, Ragdoll Haven, guarantees that the kitten has a sound temperament at the time of sale. While we take every measure to raise well-socialized kittens, we cannot be held responsible for any future damages, behavioral changes, or injuries caused by the animal after it leaves our care. The Buyer grants the Breeder permission to make reasonable contact (such as phone calls or emails) to ensure that the kitten is being properly cared for • The Seller guarantees that the kitten is in good health at the time of sale and comes with a detailed Health Record of all vaccinations and deworming treatments • If applicable, registration paperwork (such as TICA or CFA documentation) will be provided, making the kitten eligible for registration. The Buyer agrees to take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or pickup for a general health examination. Should a licensed veterinarian determine that the kitten has a serious health condition that can be clearly attributed to the Seller, the Buyer may return the kitten, along with a signed veterinary report, for a full refund of the purchase price. The Seller will also cover the reasonable return transportation costs. If, at any time, the Buyer can no longer keep the kitten, the Seller must be notified and given the first opportunity to resume ownership. The goal is to ensure that every Ragdoll Haven kitten is placed in a safe, loving home. The Buyer also has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — no questions asked. If the Buyer decides that the kitten is not a suitable match or has difficulty bonding, they may return the kitten for a full refund, provided the kitten is returned in good health, along with all registration papers and medical records. The Buyer agrees to inform the Breeder of any major changes that could affect the kitten’s quality of life. The Breeder reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer of ownership to a third party. Under no circumstances may the kitten be sold, leased, traded, or surrendered to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory, or similar facility • By signing this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
